Thanks to Anna Pippi, "Frank the Cop " has been found. He is retired, alive and well living in the Catskills.
"Frank the Cop", whose real name is Frank Martin, will be 81 on December 6th.
He took so many of us under his wing. If you have fond memories of Frank, please send him a card to the following address.
